IN-STORE PURCHASES The following policies apply to purchases made at one of our physical store locations.
No Refunds Soccer USA does not provide refunds for any reason.
Regular Returns Soccer USA allows the return of a product for exchange for proper sizing; or store credit, if you are unable to find a satisfactory exchange item. Items must be exchanged within 30 days of the date of original purchase. You must provide a Soccer USA receipt and the product’s original packaging in order for Soccer USA to accept a return for exchange or store credit. The product must show no signs of having been worn or used. Please note that the exchange or store credit amount will be for the price reflected on the receipt for the returned item.
Defective Returns Soccer USA guarantees against material defects that occur within 30 days of original purchase. Your Soccer USA receipt and original packaging must be presented in order for us to process a defective return. All defective product claims must be reviewed by a Soccer USA staff member to determine if the product is in fact defective or if normal wear has occurred. Acceptance of a returned shoe is at the sole discretion of Soccer USA — and Soccer USA reserves the right to refuse any return for any reason. Cosmetic changes that do not affect the proper functioning of the product do not constitute a material defect and will not be accepted for return.
Sale Items Final! BE ADVISED: All sale items purchased at Soccer USA are final sales and cannot be returned or exchanged for any reason.
Special Note Neither Soccer USA nor its suppliers guarantee the fit of any product found at Soccer USA stores. As a consumer, it is your responsibility to determine which product fits you best. Soccer USA does not guarantee against blisters, sores or other maladies caused by breaking in or wearing a new product. There is not standard for “break in” time on soccer products. Every player is different and this is reflected in the amount of time is takes to break in a product.
ONLINE PURCHASES (Non-Custom Items) All policies governing in-store purchases apply to non-custom online purchases as well.
Soccer USA does not provide refunds for any reason.
All shipping charges (if applicable) accrued on all returned items purchased online will be the responsibility of the customer. Shipping charges will be covered by Soccer USA in the event the customer does not receive the proper items ordered online.
ONLINE PURCHASES (Custom Items) The following policies apply to online purchases of custom items including, but not limited to, club uniform pieces and club spirit wear:
Soccer USA does not provide refunds for any reasons.
Due to the nature of custom items, there will be no returns on custom items for any reason. If you have received a defective custom item, please call the Team Sales coordinator at your location to discuss your option.
If you receive a custom item that differs from that which you ordered, Soccer USA will take back the incorrect item and provide you with the correct item at no additional charge. All shipping charges will be covered by Soccer USA in the event you do not receive the proper custom items ordered online.
